Responsibilities

:

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential properties
• Conduct property tours, open houses, and consultations
• Stay up-to-date on local market trends and real estate laws
• Generate leads through networking, marketing, and client follow-ups
• Represent and negotiate on behalf of clients throughout transactions
• Utilize Keller Williams tools and tech to build and manage your pipeline

Requirements

:

• Must have or be willing to obtain a Massachusetts real estate license (we can help you get started)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Entrepreneurial drive and a desire to succeed
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
