Role: Marketing & Sales Associate Location: Boston, MA (Local Candidates Only) Duration: 12+ Months Contract (Part-time role (20 hours per week; flexible hours, but attendance at some local events required) Client: Lyft, Inc. Job ID: 422602 Notes:

• This is a Part-Time position 20 hours per week.
• Candidate MUST reside in the Boston, MA area and attend marketing events once or twice a week
• 2-3 years of Sales Experience required
• Ability to confidently ride a bike in an urban environment. As the Marketing & Sales Associate, you will create compelling content for Bluebikes' social media channels, engage with riders and community partners at local events, and proactively drive group membership sales among Boston-area businesses and institutions. You'll bring creativity, energy, and a hands-on approach to promoting bikeshare in Boston. Responsibilities

:

• Social Media & Content Creation
• Develop localized content for Bluebikes' social media channels (i.e. Instagram posts, Reels and stories, Bluesky, Facebook, etc.), working with brand ambassadors to highlight rider experiences and system updates
• Identify and implement new ways to engage with riders through social channels, in order to increase ridership and foster loyalty
• Assist in writing and producing monthly blog content that promotes bikeshare use and highlights system milestones
• Group Membership Sales & Outreach
• Conduct proactive outreach to corporations, universities, and institutions to encourage new group membership sign-ups
• Support institutional program managers in promoting Bluebikes as an employee or student benefit within their organizations
• Create content that highlights group membership benefits, including current Bluebikes member commuter profiles and success stories for social media and blog posts
• Community Engagement & Events
• Attend local events and seek out new community partnerships to increase brand visibility and attract new riders
• Represent Bluebikes at corporate and institutional events to drive awareness and engagement Experience & Skills
• 2-3 years of experience in social media content creation for a brand as well as marketing and pitching for B2B sales. Ability to provide examples of past work or proven by their active profile(s).
• Knowledge of the processes of social posting, audience targeting and best practices.
• Able to create reports regarding social channel performance for leadership and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in using InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills , with the ability to create engaging content across platforms with a portfolio of past work.
• Self-starter with a creative mindset and hands-on approach to marketing
• Comfortable engaging with the public and representing Bluebikes at events
• Familiarity with Boston-metro neighbourhoods and local communities
• Ability to confidently ride a bike in an urban environment; passion for biking, micromobility, and sustainable transportation
• Willingness and ability to work off-hours and weekends if necessary Job Type: Part-time Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour Schedule:
