Overview

: We are seeking a Commercial Sales Representative with proven experience in the waste and recycling industry, specifically selling front-load dumpster service. The ideal candidate will have an existing network, a deep understanding of commercial waste needs, and a hunter mentality for securing new accounts.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial, industrial, and municipal customers.
• Sell new front-load dumpster service contracts, including 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10-yard containers.
• Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation.
• Conduct site evaluations to recommend the right service solutions for customers.
• Prepare and present professional proposals and service agreements.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain CRM documentation of all prospecting and sales activities.
• Represent BSSI professionally at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in waste and recycling sales, with a focus on front-load dumpster service.
• Proven sales track record
• Strong knowledge of container sizes, service frequencies, pricing structures, and local waste/recycling regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while meeting aggressive performance goals.
