Job Description

: As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our store--helping customers find what they need, answering questions about products, keeping the store clean and organized, and making sure the checkout process runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, knowledgeable way
• Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions
• Restock shelves and help with inventory management
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Check IDs and ensure all alcohol sales comply with Tennessee state laws
• Stay informed about new products and promotions

Requirements

:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and people skills
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
