Temporary Property Manager - Multifamily Housing (LOA Coverage) Location: Rockland, MA Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Dress Code: Business Casual Pay Rate: $29/hour Start Date: ASAP A well-established multifamily community is seeking an experienced Temporary Property Manager to cover a leave of absence through June. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in affordable housing who thrives in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Oversee daily operations of a 200+ unit residential property
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, building codes, and landlord-tenant laws
• Manage on-site staff, coordinate maintenance, and ensure resident satisfaction
• Utilize Yardi for leasing, reporting, and general property management
• Assist with occasional resident and community events

Qualifications

:

• Proven experience in multifamily property management
• Strong background in affordable housing (LIHTC)
• COS and Tax Credit certifications required
• Proficient in Yardi software
• Strong multitasking, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environments

Compensation

: $29 per hour Job Type: Full-time Pay: $29.00 per hour
