Brokerage - Sales Specialist (Base + Commission compensation) Join TLD Logistics, a Toyota Tsusho subsidiary, at our Knoxville office. • Not required to sign non-solicitation agreement Candidates with prior B2B Sales or Logistics experience are preferred. What you will be doing:
• Managing a book of business and develop new customer relationships.
• Function as the intermediary between customers, carriers, shippers, and receivers
• Establish partnerships with customers by providing first in class customer service
• Ensure the movement of your customer's goods are efficient and accurate from beginning to end
• Collaborate with a team of Solutions Specialists on freight market rating, carrier management, and customer relations
• Staying up to date with current market conditions and technology What we are looking for:
• 1 to 2 years of previous B2B sales related and customer service experience.
• 1 to 2 years of previous Logistics and Supply chain experience.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Determined, communicative, and goal-oriented personality and mindset
• Strong email, phone, and face-to-face communication skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $21.88 per hour
