Full description of the position

Need an experienced Assistant Manager, Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, for The Broadwater at Salado Creek Apartments located in San Antonio, TX. Must have at least 1 year experience as Assistant Manager in the apartment industry. Yardi experience a plus. Must have a valid driver's license, transpiration, and proof of auto liability. Ability to travel to eviction court is a must! Must be able to pass a criminal/credit check and drug screen. Performs all aspects of Assistant Manager , including but not limited to, greeting prospective clients, shows community, and outside marketing, as needed.

• Must be knowledgeable of all phases of bookkeeping, collections, and resident retention.
• Coordinates all lease renewals in accordance with Anterra's Lease Renewal Policy.
• Answers and handles incoming phone calls from prospective new residents, current residents, vendor/suppliers, etc.
• Contacts each Notice-to Vacate and attempts to convert them to a renewal.
• Maintains awareness of local market conditions and trends. Contributes ideas to manager for marketing community and improving resident satisfaction. Willing to assist with rent collections, resident customer service, and other assistant manager duties as well. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
