Full description of the position

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to join our growing team! You will handle all real estate activities and transactions on behalf of the clients.

Responsibilities

include, but not limited to:

• List and rent apartments in order to market and attract tenants
• Drive traffic and maintain competitive closing ratios
• Complete lease applications and lease file paperwork
• Professionally present the community and apartments
• Host open houses and other events
• Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
• Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude with team members, residents, prospective residents, and vendors.
• Assist with various additional projects as assigned by the Property Manager.
• Participate in training as required

Qualifications

:

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience
• Ability to build rapport with clients, Personable
• High-energy and enjoys a fast paced environment
• Enjoys and takes pride in providing excellent service
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Available on evenings and weekends
• Bilingual
• Be ready to work in a 24/7 industry. We are all about customer service. If you don't like your phone to ring after 5pm and on weekends, this is not for you.
• We want workers not complainers. While we pay well we also expect a high caliber of discipline in the office Work Remotely
• No Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed Education:
• High school or equivalent (Preferred) License/Certification:
