Summary We are seeking a Business Development Center Representative to join our team at Zeigler Auto Group. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth and enhancing customer engagement through effective communication and outreach strategies. This position is vital to our mission of providing exceptional service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage outbound sales calls to prospective customers, promoting our automotive products and services.
• Provide exceptional sales support by responding to customer inquiries and addressing their needs promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing lead generation and conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on leads effectively.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking vehicle availability and coordinating with the sales department.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers over the phone.
• Familiarity with automotive sales processes and inventory management is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with team members.
• Multilingual skills are an advantage but not required.
