Responsibilities

: - Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed - Meet or exceed sales goals by actively promoting products and upselling to customers - Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers - Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and objectives - Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise Experience: - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred - Knowledge of anatomy, vital signs, optical, ophthalmology, or related fields is a plus - Familiarity with retail math calculations and sales techniques - Understanding of aseptic technique and adherence to HIPAA regulations is desirable - Experience in retail management or leadership roles is beneficial Skills: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find appropriate solutions - Proficient in using technology, including point-of-sale systems and inventory management software - Sales-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets and delivering results We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages for our Sales Associates.
