Full description of the position

We are seeking a Licensed Property Manager to be our Leasing Agent in our established company. The successful candidate will have experience in property management leasing, including, management of all operational aspects; management of client expectations, management of complex issues, such as; fiduciary, physical facility improvements and maintenance, and have the ability to manage time constraints in a busy office. We are seeking someone with strong customer service and leadership skills who will promote excellence within themselves, the staff, and throughout the community. Basic job duties will include:

• Helping customers find their perfect home
• Processing paper and online applications
• Assist with creating documents to lease units
• Moving approved applicants into our computer system
• Problem solving common concerns from tenants and property owners
• Other office duties as needed A successful candidate will:
• Foster a positive, active, and collaborative relationship with staff, residents, vendors, and associated agencies
• Effectively help motivate staff through positive morale and setting an example to ensure outstanding performance
• Adhere to timely completion of required reports to clients
• Enforce and adhere to company policies, rules, safety practices and regulations We are looking for a candidate who is committed and has a willingness to excel in the field of property management! A Montana Property Manager or Montana Real Estate Salesperson/Broker License is a plus to be considered for this position. Minimum Qualifications

: Understand and comply with Fair Housing laws and standards. Must be dependable, reliable, able to take direction and work independently to complete tasks in a timely and thorough manner. Must be organized, efficient, have the ability to prioritize, have excellent follow-up and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Strong computer skills, with high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook). Experience with Appfolio or hands on property management operations experience is a plus! Full-time is Monday to Friday from 8:30 am-5:00 pm during the busy summer season. We may be able to accommodate a part time schedule depending on availability, must be available at least 30 hours per week during our office hours.
