Come join our team at Block 36! This is a student housing property so experience in student housing is preferred! As a community leasing specialist you will assist in interacting with residents and prospects and offering the highest degree of customer service. The ideal candidate will: - have previous leasing experience in student housing - have prior experience in customer service - have excellent verbal and written communication skills - enthusiasm for leasing apartments! This is a part time position with roughly 20-30 hours per week, reporting directly to the Leasing Manager Candidate must be able to pass a drug test, have a valid drivers license. 20% housing discount at Block 36 or one of our sister communities nearby Leasing Commissions on top of your hourly wage. $14 an hour after 90 days.
