We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team in a dynamic motorcycle retail environment. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with customers, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their shopping experience.
• Conduct demo ridess to showcase features and benefits, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations on products.
• Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring motorcycles are displayed attractively.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and enhance overall customer experience.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers. Experience
• Previous experience in motorcycle sales or motor vehicle environments is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Demonstrated ability to upsell products and drive sales through effective customer interactions.
• Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone when necessary.
