Overview

: Bristol Hose and Fitting, a leading Parker Hannifin distributor and fluid connector solutions provider, is seeking a driven and dynamic Junior Sales Representative to join our expanding team. This is a full-time role offering a competitive base salary, performance-based commission, and comprehensive benefits. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with 2-3 years of B2B or industrial sales experience, ready to grow their own book of business.

Responsibilities

:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing B2B customers
• Identify sales opportunities within the industrial and MRO sectors
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Work independently to schedule customer visits and follow-ups
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment

Requirements

:

• 2-3 years of experience in B2B or industrial sales
• Proven ability to build and grow customer accounts
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently
• Knowledge of hydraulic or pneumatic products is a plus (but not required) What We Offer:
