Churchill Residential is looking for an energetic Leasing Associate/Lifestyle Services Coordinator for its Evergreen at Lewisville Senior Living Community. Responsible for providing excellent customer service by coordinating, scheduling and administrating resident activities. Will serve as the property's leasing representative, greeting prospects, professionally present the features and benefits of the community, and secure lease agreements from qualified persons. Recruits and trains volunteers. Prepares a monthly newsletter and activity calendar. Must have at least 1 year Apartment Community Leasing experience. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Must be customer service oriented and genuinely support and promote good relations with service staff and residents. An aptitude for basic office procedures and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Must portray a clean, neat, well-groomed professional appearance Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $20.00 per hour
