Job Summary

: We are a mid-sized plantscaping company, seeking a sales candidate strong in design and visual merchandising. This person will be responsible for B-B interior foliage plant sales and design. Looking for someone who loves a cool interiorscape! Duties

include typical duties of a B-B Sales Person: - Develop an eye for design in order to creatively place plants and containers into the clients' environment, which clearly fulfill the needs of the client. - Prospect for new clients via referral or any other ethical means available, demonstrating creativity, personal initiative and striving to exceed personal and company sales goals. - Manage individual sales process start to finish: Set appointments with potential clients to determine how we can best serve them; Prepare, Present and Close proposals to potential clients; Follow up the proposal with a thank you letter and call when appropriate. - Develop smooth working relationship with other departments. - Communicate clearly and effectively to pass on client sensitivities and instructions. - Maintain professional networking relationship. Skills required: people skills, team player, willingness to jump in and do anything, computer & Microsoft office literate, design literate, basic understanding of landscaping principles, high level organizational skills, and willingness to follow a system. You should know what foliage plants are.

Compensation

: Commission + Base Pay commensurate with experience. We offer Health & Dental Insurance, PTO, Sick Time, 401k paid & flex holidays. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $51,095.00 - $150,000.00 per year
