Part time Property Manager position available at the Candlewood Village Apartments located at 101 Candlewood Dr in Frankston, Texas. Must have excellent organizational, administrative and communication skills. Tax Credit/RD experience a plus, but will train! Computer, knowledge a plus! (MS Office, Email) YARDI experience a plus but will train.

Duties

to include but not limited to gathering info from current and prospective tenants, answering phone, working with Maintenance on the upkeep of property. Candlewood Village and HVM Housing, LLC are an equal opportunity provider and employer. Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $16.00 per hour
