Full description of the position

Oversee the overnight operations on property.

• Some maintenance experience preferred
• Able to communicate in Spanish would be a helpful
• Welcoming attitude, assertiveness and work at your own pace but be efficient are key in this position
• Checking in guests for their reservation stay
• Keeping in communication at all times with dispatcher
• Ensuring the property is cleaned and ready to open up for day operations
• Understanding all of the company policies and procedures
• Enforce quite hours
• Diffusing guest situations
• Taking notes about guest issues and problems. Passing the info to the property manager
• Arranging common area wicker furniture, kayaks and water tubes
• Pick up all ground trash
• Sell wood to guests or deliver when purchased
• Check safety on hammocks
• Check lightbulbs on the property and replace
• Handle some light electrical or plumbing issues
• Clean bathroom trailers, pools, and game-room every night
• Handling the overall safety on the property of guest
• There will be a great amount of interaction with guests, therefore maintaining a high level of customer service is imperative to the success of this position
• Handle on-call guest duties whenever needed
• Safety checks for property
• May have to assist Son's Getaways neighboring property staff
• Other duties Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Seasonal Pay: From $15.00 per hour
