Chelsea Senior Living, a local and reputable senior living organization, is seeking a compassionate and outgoing person who loves working with seniors for our full-time Sales Director position located in Fair Lawn, NJ. The community property consists of two separate buildings with an Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care units. This diverse position includes working closely with the Executive Director in maintaining full accountability for all occupancy goals through a combination of outreach, networking events, and the cultivation of relationships with prospects, families and professionals. The Sales Director will oversee all inquiries, tours, event planning and coordinating move-ins. Experience in sales in the senior living industry is a plus.

Compensation
