Interstate Nissan is growing our sales department! We are looking for hard- working team-players to join our organization. Starting out it's easy to make over $65,000 conservative with the proper drive, which can easily lead to making $100,000 a year! Sales are on a Full Time Schedule which requires working 40+ hours and a 5 day work week. We offer training for those who are willing to put in the time it takes to succeed. With various Pay to Train opportunities, you'll gain knowledge covering a vast number of subjects covering factory and dealership products.

Responsibilities

:

• Assist customers in finding vehicle options by asking questions and listening thoughtfully to their responses
• Pass along knowledge of performance, safety, and technological features
• Communicate with customers in person, by phone and by email to understand their needs
• Maintain a working knowledge of the company's various products and services
• Negotiate sales in a clear, concise, and highly ethical fashion
• Learn to overcome objections during the sales process while maintaining a high closing percentage
• Maintains accurate and complete sales documentation

Qualifications

:

• Sales Experience is preferred but not required.
• Highly motivated, self-starting individual
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to make presentations
• Interpersonal skills and comfort with meeting new people on a daily basis
• Ability to contact customers, complete sales and manage other tasks independently
• Time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and close sales in a timely manner
• High level of commitment to customer satisfaction
• Basic computer and internet skills Salary + Bonuses, Incentives, & Commissions 30 Onsite Training Hours! Earn $65,000 plus per year! Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
