Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly in distributor networks with food products, with a proven ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing the sales team, fostering leadership, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets while working within flexibility requirements of a small and developing business.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company objectives and revenue goals.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with business development initiatives.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Cultivate relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Develop new relationships with customers and distributors and evaluate existing ones for profitability.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional strategies for technology products.
• Drive outside sales efforts by identifying potential clients and conducting presentations. Experience
• Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably as a Sales Director or similar position.
• Strong background in food sales, with an understanding of shelf life timing and distributor relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and market conditions to inform strategic decisions.
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and team members alike.
• Experience in business development with a track record of achieving significant growth targets. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
