Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our dynamic team. The Shift Leader will play a critical role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of associates. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage store activities effectively while maintaining a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail management and a passion for driving sales in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store associates during shifts, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manage daily operations, including inventory control, stock management, and merchandising.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve individual and store goals.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to enhance productivity and sales growth.
• Maintain an organized and clean store environment that meets company standards.
• Assist in scheduling staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
• Collaborate with upper management on store initiatives, promotions, and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
• Knowledge of wireless sales or grocery store operations is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
