Full description of the position

We are seeking a talented and outgoing Inside sales professional to join our real estate acquisitions team in East Norriton, PA. We invest heavily in training and multi-channel marketing and are committed to providing our acquisitions professionals with warm leads! We need an inside sales ninja to follow up and convert those quality leads into profitable transactions through tactical negotiations, relationship/rapport building, and proper evaluations of property/seller needs. As you convert deals and learn our systems, the right candidate would grow into a full time Acquisitions Manager with 3 to 6 months. making $100k + Integrity is a non-negotiable! A positive attitude and call center experience/sales experience is a strong plus! Also a plus is a history of selling directly to consumers -car sales, insurance, timeshares, door knockers, etc (no retail or soft sales please!) The right candidate will work Monday through Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm. We will provide the leads and system to help insure your success - you must bring the great attitude and follow up skills.
