Job Description

We're looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our growing team. If you have a passion for helping people, strong communication skills, and a desire to build a rewarding career in the insurance industry, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with potential customers to understand their insurance needs
• Generate new business through leads, referrals, networking, and marketing campaigns
• Present and sell auto, home, and other insurance products
• Maintain knowledge of our products, services, and underwriting guidelines
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics

Qualifications

• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred (insurance experience a plus)
• Must possess a Property & Casualty insurance license
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a goal-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient with computers Job Type: Full-time Pay: $57,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
