About the Role

: As an Entry-Level Management Trainee, you will engage directly with customers through interactive in-store promotions, helping to showcase and promote our clients' products and services. Our on-site marketing approach is highly effective in major retail locations, reaching customers when they are already in a buying mindset--leading to stronger brand connections and increased sales. This position goes beyond customer engagement. You will be paired with a mentor who will guide you through key aspects of business operations, including human resources, client relations, team leadership, and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Execute in-store marketing campaigns and promotions for our clients
• Train and mentor new representatives on sales techniques and customer interactions
• Communicate product benefits and promotions directly to customers in a retail setting
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive shopping experience
• Continuously learn and adapt to new product offerings and industry trends

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude
• Ability to build rapport with customers and team members
