• You are placed with excellent Team leaders to help serve, coach and develop you in addition to closing close their deals RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Initiating and maintaining relationships with customers through outbound sales activities
• Taking customers through a thorough needs analysis, making suitable product recommendations and organizing test drives
• Accurately logging activities and follow-up on the internal lead man/lead management system
• Generating leads for our F&I managers
• Delivering sold vehicles personally to ensure quality service and to generate referrals
• Conducting business development and networking activities to generate sales
• Maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS : If you are highly motivated, with a competitive edge and high energy, and love going the extra mile for your customers, this new opening is perfect for you. This position requires 40-50 hours per week, but comes with high reward! You can earn upwards of $70,000 - $100,000 annually!
• Prior automotive sales experience preferred.
• Self-driven and motivated to achieve results.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience generating and/or building a loyal client base highly regarded.
• Knowledge of current trends and news, plus a strong desire to learn more and do more. Our ideal candidate is someone who has at least 2 years as a successful sales associate at an auto dealership, but now is looking to increase their earning potential and hone their sales skills even more. We are looking for a problem solver who sees things in an innovative fashion and can make the complex seem simple. With a confident manner, excellent communication and time management skills, you provide your customers with a premium standard of service, while quickly gaining their trust and respect. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
