Local professional property management company is seeking an on-site manager for an apartment community in Greenfield, WI. Our ideal candidate will have several years of property management experience.

Responsibilities

include, but are not limited to, overall upkeep of the property, renting available apartments, cleaning common areas and vacant units, spring and fall clean up, handling minor tenant issues, etc. This position does not have set hours so candidates will need to have a strong ability to prioritize their days based on need. Open house is required every Sunday from 12:00pm to 5:00 pm. The pay for this position is s follows: Free rent for a 2 bedroom apartment, on-site. Additional $1,000.00 each month, $500.00 monthly full bonus, $100.00 per rental and free water. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $25,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
