Luxury Property Manager (Homeowner Liaison) - Echelon Luxury Properties Echelon Luxury Properties is a people-first company led by industry professionals redefining luxury vacation rental management along Destin and 30A. We are committed to exclusivity, excellence, and high-touch service for our homeowners and guests. We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and professional Property Manager to be the single point of contact for a select group of affluent homeowners. Success in this role requires exceptional relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills to uphold our best-in- class service standards.

Responsibilities

:

• Serve as the primary liaison between homeowners and all Echelon departments, ensuring seamless communication and proactive issue resolution.
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain luxury standards and coordinate all maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor services.
• Foster positive, professional, and proactive relationships with homeowners by anticipating needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Oversee vendor relationships, negotiating and coordinating services to maintain pristine property conditions.
• Provide strategic insights to homeowners regarding financial performance, working closely with the Revenue Department.
• Maintain a high level of responsiveness --ensuring homeowners feel heard, valued, and informed at all times.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences while preserving asset value for homeowners.

Qualifications

& Skills:

• Luxury Client Experience: Direct experience with high-net-worth clientele and a proven ability to deliver white-glove service.
• Industry Expertise: Minimum one year of property management experience, preferably in luxury vacation rentals or high-end hospitality.
• Communication Excellence: Ability to maintain professional, solution-oriented communication in all interactions.
• Proactive Problem Solving: Ability to identify challenges before they arise and implement efficient, owner-friendly solutions.
• Tech Savvy: Competency in MS Office, property management software , and other relevant technology.
• Time Management & Organization: Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Adaptability & Accountability: Self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial setting and is committed to continuous improvement. Training & Onboarding Support:
• Structured Onboarding: Comprehensive 30/60/90-day training plan to ensure confidence and efficiency in the role.
• Mentorship Program: New hires are paired with a seasoned Property Manager for hands-on learning.
• Ongoing Development: Monthly workshops, case studies, and role-playing exercises to refine communication and problem-solving skills.
• Performance Milestones: Clear KPIs to track success and provide regular feedback.
