Associated Staffing is seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team for the Omaha and Columbus areas. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth managing a high-performing sales team and identifying new revenue opportunities across multiple industries. In this exciting position, you will be responsible for: - Analyzing market trends, competitor activity and client needs to develop innovative solutions - Developing and executing strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships - Collaborating cross-functionally with our recruiting, operations and marketing teams to deliver exceptional customer service - Cold calling to Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the company's growth objectives To thrive in this role, you will need: - 5+ years of experience in outside sales - A proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Familiarity with sales trends and best practices This is a full-time, direct-hire position based in Omaha. Some travel is required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
