• Flooring Sales Experience : We require prior flooring sales experience to ensure you hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.
• Self-Motivated & Driven: As an independent contractor, you must be driven, results-oriented, and capable of managing your jobs to maximize earnings.
• Excellent Communication Skills : You will be working directly with customers, so a strong ability to build relationships and close deals is a must.
