Overview

We are seeking a Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. This is a part time position with a ton of flexibility to work around another part time job.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance requests on a timely manner.
• Respond to all messages/ calls to tenants within 24 hours.
• Mow yards if needed.
• Help restore properties and prepare them for someone new. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 1 - 20 per week
