We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate would possess excellent communication, follow up and organizational skills, self-starter, sales driven, strong closer, reflects a positive can-do attitude and customer service focused work ethic. The primary responsibilities would include but are not limited to contacting prospective residents, touring apartments, screen applications, setting up new lease files in accordance with our checklist, filing, communicate expirations with current residents and renew leases, and assist with marketing activities and resident events.
