What You'll Do

: As the Leasing Manager, you'll oversee the full leasing process across multiple off-campus student housing properties. From engaging digital marketing to flawless leasing execution, your role is vital in keeping occupancy rates high and residents satisfied. You'll manage a leasing team, create innovative campaigns, and serve as the go-to expert for all things leasing in our student-centered portfolio. Leasing Operations & Management

• Oversee leasing activities across multiple scattered-site student properties.
• Conduct and coordinate in-person and virtual tours; manage tour schedules for the Leasing Team.
• Review and ensure accuracy of all applications, leases, and addenda before execution.
• Supervise move-in/move-out procedures to ensure compliance and student satisfaction. Marketing & Outreach
• Develop creative, targeted leasing and renewal campaigns tailored to student renters.
• Maintain up-to-date listings across websites, ILS platforms, and social media.
• Ensure all digital campaigns and online ads reflect accurate availability and property details.
• Coordinate promotional events like lease-up launches, renewal parties, and campus engagement efforts. Team Leadership & Supervision
• Lead, train, and motivate the Leasing Team to meet occupancy goals and deliver excellent service.
• Assign and oversee leasing-related tasks including guest card follow-up, tour execution, and application reviews.
• Host regular team check-ins to provide feedback, solve issues, and align with portfolio goals. Resident Relations
• Serve as a key point of contact for student renters and prospects, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Promote a friendly and helpful leasing environment for both students and guarantors.
• Address student needs and concerns with empathy, urgency, and professionalism. Reporting & Property Oversight
• Monitor daily leasing reports and performance metrics across all sites.
• Submit daily/weekly summaries to the Property Manager and participate in regular team and management meetings.
• Conduct property inspections and collaborate with team members to maintain high property standards in all units and communities.

What You Bring

:

• 2+ years of experience in leasing or property management (student housing and scattered-site experience highly preferred)
• Strong understanding of student market trends, leasing cycles, and university-area dynamics
• Proven leadership skills with a passion for team development
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of property management systems and digital marketing best practices
