ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jim Tom - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You will initiate productive conversations to address insurance gaps and offer solutions for Auto, Home, Life, Health and Business Insurance, along with Financial Services, to make sure their insurance needs are being met. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow-up with customers, as needed.
• Provide customer support by educating customers about different insurance options.
• Develop leads for new clients, identify customers' needs and market appropriate products and services.
• Perform other clerical and receptionist duties such as answering phones, greeting guests, filing and data entry.
• Provide remarkable service for retention
