Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our portfolio of condominium associations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property or community association management, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for condo boards, residents, and vendors.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets; monitor expenses and financial reports.
• Collect association dues, manage accounts receivable/payable, and assist with financial audits.
• Ensure compliance with association bylaws, CC&Rs, and state/local regulations.
• Coordinate and attend board meetings; prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and management reports.
• Address resident concerns and resolve disputes in a timely, professional manner.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure community standards are met.
• Facilitate insurance claims and ensure adequate coverage for the association.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in property management, preferably with condo associations or HOAs.
• Knowledge of condominium law, association governance, and relevant state regulations.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Buildium , AppFolio, Yardi) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently.
• Certified Manager Community Associations ( license or equivalent (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or related field (preferred).
