Job Description

Movar Insurance is a growing insurance agency committed to providing exceptional service to our diverse client base. Were currently seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative who is energetic, reliable, and passionate about helping people. Salary: $14.00 - $17.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person
• Assist clients with policy changes, billing inquiries, and documentation
• Manage and follow up on renewals, endorsements, and certificates
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Translate insurance-related communication for Spanish-speaking clients
• Support agents with daily administrative tasks

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Prior customer service or insurance experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital tools
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• A Property & Casualty license is required.
