Full description of the position

We are looking for a well-organized, detail-oriented, self-starting team member who values the sense of accomplishment that results from hard work, great communications and being an integral part of a successful and fast- growing team. We are seeking a talented Property Coordinator who will consistently deliver sparkling clean and well-maintained homes for guests in all of our vacation homes! Candidates must have a flexible schedule and weekend availability will be required especially during peak seasons and holidays. Good tech skills are essential to use various software apps efficiently. Adaptability, a positive attitude and sense of humor are vital!

• Conduct inspections, as assigned, of properties post-checkout and pre-check in. Report and remediate issues as needed
• Identify maintenance issues and coordinate with approved contractors, e.g. handyman, HVAC, plumber, electrician, etc.
• Track check-ins and check-outs to ensure all properties have been inspected and are prepared for the next guest arrival
• Identify and purchase items needed to ensure rental properties are fully equipped (company card provided)
• Off hours/emergency response (when assigned) - field calls/emails from current guests regarding emergency issues
• Verify compliance with cleaners
• Coordination of property specific keys, cards, and codes
• Create and update help articles in the Hub to document specific issues with each property
• Take in/out trash & recycling carts
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Doc and Sheets) and productivity apps
• Speaking Spanish (conversational or better) is a plus Conditions:
• Position requires working weekends and holidays, as needed.
• It is a full-time position; however, part-time applicants will be considered as well
• You need to live in the Marco Island-Naples area. Preferably Marco Island
• Must have your own, working vehicle and you will be reimbursed at the IRS mileage rate (currently 62.5 cents/mile)
• Offering a $2,000 (tax free) health reimbursement account (HRA) in addition to base salary Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $46,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
