We're looking for a licensed insurance pro who can juggle policy changes, client questions, and the occasional "my payment didn't go through" call--with a smile. This role is for someone who loves keeping things organized, making customers feel heard, and bringing good energy to the team. You'll handle service work that matters, without feeling like a robot in a call center. What we need: - Active P&C license (non-negotiable) - Someone who actually likes people - A calm head and quick keyboard fingers What you 'll be doing: - Answering calls and emails with confidence (and kindness) - Making policy changes like a pro--vehicles, drivers, addresses, you name it - Reviewing coverage and helping clients actually understand what they're paying for - Solving billing issues without breaking a sweat - Following up on renewals and keeping retention high - Supporting the sales team with quotes, documents, and good vibes - Logging every interaction like it matters--because it does Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
