Overview

: As an Experienced BDC Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers via phone, email, and chat to schedule appointments, handle inquiries, and provide outstanding service. You will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales teams
• Follow up with customers and prospects to ensure timely communication and satisfaction
• Maintain accurate customer records and lead information in our CRM system
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure all customer needs are met
• Drive appointment-setting goals and contribute to sales team objectives
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring positive interactions and repeat business

Requirements

:

• 2+ years of experience in a Business Development Center (BDC) or customer service role
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by performance
• Experience in the automotive industry (preferred but not required)
