We are looking for a high energy VP of Sales who can SALE at a HIGH LEVEL, Recruit, Train, Motivate, and Inspire a sales force. Responsibilities

• Lead a Sales Force of door-to-door sales to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring elevated levels of customer satisfaction.
• Sale, Recruit, Train, Motivate and Inspire.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the restoration or construction industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Results-driven mindset with a record of accomplishments in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
