Job Summary

Corporate Group, Inc. is a St. Charles, Missouri, based property management company seeking the right individual to thrive in a detail-oriented environment who takes pride in their work. The CPM Accounts Specialist is responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting accounting operations related to commercial property portfolios. This role will play a critical part in ensuring smooth financial processes, lease compliance, and serves as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their commercial business accounts.

Responsibilities

• Process account receivable transactions for multiple commercial properties.
• Monitor tenant accounts for any issues or concerns and resolve collections while keeping and improving tenant relations in a timely manner.
• Provide exceptional tenant customer service for our commercial tenants while handling all written and verbal communication in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with property managers and leasing agents on financial and lease related matters.
• Ensure compliance with lease agreements and financial policies.
• Carry out other duties, as assigned, that are in the best interest of the customers and company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, and/or property management
• Highly proficient in Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Customer service experience (preferred).
• Experience with commercial leases and CAM reconciliations (preferred).
• Experience with Yardi Property Management software (preferred).
• Knowledge of property management operations and financial reporting (preferred).
• High school diploma Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
