Churchill Residential is looking for a Community Director for Churchill at Golden Triangle a multifamily living community. This position is responsible to oversee and maintain the day-to-day operations of a 97 unit tax credit residential property by providing outrageous customer service each day. This position is responsible for the property's finances, budgets, accounting systems and financial reporting. Must comply with TDHCA guidelines and conform to LIHTC. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required. At least, 2 years experience in a property management position. CAM certification preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required. Valid Texas Drivers license and auto insurance required.
