Job Description

: Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of farm equipment dealership.

Duties and Responsibilities

:

• Under general direction, efficiently manages assets and personnel of dealership to maximize profits and customer satisfaction.
• Develops a cohesive team within the dealership to promote employee satisfaction and maximum performance by each team member.
• Provides leadership to all team members by setting an example of professional and competent performance.
• Undertakes a wide range of activities to promote sales of new and used equipment and machinery.
• Promotes sales of repair parts and accessories
• Promotes service capabilities of the dealership.
• Presents a professional image to customers and associates at all times. Job Skills:
