We are currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager for our Billerica, MA location! Fren Management owns and successfully manages a diverse portfolio of apartments and real estate properties, covering a full spectrum of existing and emerging management needs. Qualifications

:

• Must have prior experience in Property Management.
• Must have exceptional customer service skills and hard work ethic.
• Must have a valid drivers license and pass a criminal background check.
• Must be able to fulfill all company requests and guidelines and agree to follow company rules and guidelines.

Responsibilities

:

• Building positive relationships with prospective and current tenants.
• Overseeing the timely and successful completion of maintenance requests.
• Showing properties to prospective tenants and answering relevant questions.
• Preparing and executing detailed legally compliant lease agreements.
• Process lease renewals and follow up with tenants in a timely manner.
• Answering telephone.
• Traveling to nearby properties.
• Bank deposits.
• Other duties as assigned and requested. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
