Job Summary

Full Time Leasing Consultant for the top award-winning company of 2017. The Leasing Consultant is responsible for showcasing the community during renovation and lease up.

Duties and Responsibilities

: Greeting prospective residents Showings Leasing paperwork Answering phone calls and responding to email inquiries promptly and using sales background to schedule showings and encourage prospects to fall in love with the property sight unseen. Assisting residents with questions, lease renewals, resident retention, package receival for residents, etc Walking the property Moving in and out residents Gaining knowledge of all amenities to assist others with Resident events Reservations for amenities

Required Qualifications

: High School education and at least one year of experience working in a position that requires customer service and sales. Computer skills including Word, Outlook and Excel.
