As directed by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and in collaboration with other agency Directors, this position will be responsible for developing and implementing key strategic healthcare value initiatives which drive business growth and include: integrated delivery operations, development and implementation of service lines and care delivery in existing and contiguous markets, growth of existing targeted services, identification, evaluation, and launching of new business opportunities and the development of new services initiatives and integrated delivery operations. This position will play a key role in new business development/ sales and managing client relationships. This role will be responsible for establishing and nourishing relationships with new and existing clients to grow our agency business. The focus will be communication with both external clients and the internal management/leadership team. Successful candidates will have: minimum bachelors degree or equivalent work experience 2-4+ years business development or sales experience in the healthcare field and ideally a background in behavioral health and integrated care and knowledge of value-based reimbursement models. Experience prospecting and closing business/managing the full cycle sales process and knowledge of health plans for general and behavioral health Passion for networking and making new business connections Proven track record of success achieving and exceeding metrics and revenue goals Ability to manage high volume of client accounts simultaneously Strong organizational skills to effectively manage a high volume of requests and client accounts Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build relationships with business partners. Effective collaboration skills and ability to work as a member of a team Eager attitude and entrepreneurial spirit with a competitive enthusiasm.
