Responsibilities

: Establishing positive business relationships with residents, vendors, management, co-workers, and ownership Answering Phones Touring prospects Processing applications and tax credit paperwork Collecting and posting rents Monitoring delinquency and follow up Legal processing Monitoring maintenance supply orders Ordering office supplies Entering all traffic, application, move-ins / outs, service requests, and other activity into OneSite software daily Conduct routine property inspections to maintain curb appeal Resident Retention Salary based on experience and perceived ability to represent Euclid Apartments in a courteous and professional manner. Commissions for new leases, renewals / recertification's. Job Type: Full-time 8 Hour Day Shift Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday Availability Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour 1 Location Experience: 2 Years Customer Service 1 Year in Property Management Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour Schedule:
