The Sales Director will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, analyzing market trends, and negotiating key contracts to maximize revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
• Drive business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities and potential clients.
• Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and analyzing performance metrics.
• Negotiate contracts with clients to secure favorable terms and conditions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications
