Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. This position requires a proactive individual who is skilled in administrative tasks, data entry, and customer relationship management, with a focus on property management.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily administrative tasks to support the overall operations of the office.
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients and residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Utilize software such as ServiceFusion and Quickbooks
• Receive payments accurately
• Assist with soliciting and managing estimates and purchases
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to coordinate property upkeep and address tenant concerns effectively. Experience
• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within property management or a related field.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management systems is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service excellence.
