Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Professional to join our dynamic team at a brand new A+ community near PALO ALTO. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the leasing process for our property, ensuring a positive experience for prospective residents while maintaining strong relationships with current residents. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a strong understanding of property management software, and the ability to negotiate effectively.

Duties

• Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective residents.
• Manage the leasing process from application to move-in, including data entry and documentation.
• Utilize YARDI and CRM by tracking leads and managing resident information.
• Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities and customer interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from potential renters and provide exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process.
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet residents needs.
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospects to secure agreements that align with company policies.
• Assist in marketing efforts to attract new residents, including social media promotions and community outreach.
• Address resident concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner to enhance resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property management or leasing is A MUST.
• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with property management software is mandatory.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and residents.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
